Welcoming the Light- Celebrating Spring


Join us for an evening of relaxing yoga, guided meditation and creative experience.

For many people the winter months bring inward reflection and self study. As the wheel of the year turns the days grow longer and the sun returns to us bringing with it a newness and optimism to enliven our hearts and interject life into our dreams.

This special event will prepare your heart and mind to move intentionally into the new season. Beginning with a causal connecting time we will share either white tea or white wine (depending on your preferences) and create a physical reminder of our intention for the coming season. (AKA, a craft project). Come dressed in clothes that you can relax in and move through a gentle calming yoga sequence that will help clear a path for connecting your mind, body and breath as a preparation for a guided meditation.
