Drop In Class Schedule

These classes are our regularly scheduled classes that anyone can attend. Simply pay when you arrive or reserve your mat space ahead of time. 

Drop in classes can be paid for each visit or purchase a 10 Class Pass and save.

Drop In- $10/ $7*

10 Class Pass- $70/ $60*

*Hero Discount applies to law enforcement, first responders, military, teachers and students. 

Restorative

Restorative yoga is the process of finding union within by allowing the body to naturaully release tension with passive postures and intentional breath. There are many benefits to this practice including: 

  • Slowing down and quieting your thoughts
  • Calming the nervous system
  • Creating self awarenss
  • Nurturing the soul

 

Monday

6:00-6:45 p.m.

Saturday 

10:00-11:00 a.m.

Vinyasa

This class is best suited for individuals who have had an occasional yoga class or who are looking to improve flexibility and stamina. However, you don’t have to be an athlete to feel at home on your mat in this class.

We will move through the series of postures while connecting the power of the breath with the movement of the body. 

Sunday

Tuesday

7:15-8:15 p.m.

Friday

4:30-5:30 p.m.

 

Beginner Ashtanga

This style of youga is a bit more vigorous and is excellent for anyone desiring to move deeper in the their understanding of the tradition of yoga. 

Connecting the breath with movement while we build heat in the body and increase a single minded focus. Ashtanga yoga does not use music and follows the same sequence every class. Sanskrit terms are used throughout to open up a new world of possibility to the student.
