Ashtanga Yoga offers a rich tradition and is an excellent introduction to yoga. You will learn a beginner sequence and be able to master it as you work to connect your breath and body.  This class is different from a vinyasa class as the student has the option of receiving more personal attention from the instructor. If you have been practicing yoga or you are brand new to it, Ashtanga is a solid foundation to build your practice on.
