If you’ve ever said that you are not flexible enough to do yoga or you can’t balance, this is the perfect class for you. This is an ALL LEVELS Class.

Learn the foundations of yoga at a pace that fits your ability and skill level. This class will teach you the the core components of yoga.

-Breath- Alignment- Postures (poses)

This class will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00 PM for 4 weeks.

Pay one price for the whole month. Only $55 and at the completion of the series you will receive 2 FREE classes to attend any of the classes on the drop in schedule!
