Class Series Schedule

These classes are bundled together to save you money and help you build consistency in your practice. There are a limited number of spaces open for each series. Paying in advanced guarantees your spot will be saved. 

The cost of class series varies between $55 and up. A series may be 4, 6, or 8 weeks long.

These classes are paid for in advance to ensure there is enough space for all the yogis/yoginis.

4 Week Morning Flow Series

 

This 4 week series meets Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:30. This is an excellent opportunity to build a steady and consistent practice by attending class twice a week. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or vinyasa flow yoga students who would like to get more one on one attention to help improve their technique.

Pay one price for the whole month.  and at the completion of the series you will receive 2 FREE classes to attend any of the classes on the drop in schedule!

4 Week Vinyasa Yoga Series

If you’ve ever said that you are not flexible enough to do yoga or you can’t balance, this is the perfect class for you.

Learn the foundations of yoga at a pace that fits your ability and skill level. This class will teach you the the core components of yoga.

-Breath- Alignment- Postures (poses)-

 Pay one price for the whole month and at the completion of the series you will receive 2 FREE classes to attend any of the classes on the drop in schedule!

5 Week Self Massage Yoga

The fascial system is a vast network of webbing that connects the entire body and needs to be pliable and hydrated for healthy movement. When injury stress or trauma occurs, the fascia hardens and blocks oxygen and nutrient flow to the injured site which can cause restrictions and misalignment in the body.

This 5 week series will be a therapeutic style of yoga that will aid in stress and pain management using myofascial balls coupled with breathwork and somatic yoga poses to engage the fascia and skin surrounding the muscles and tissues.

No yoga experience necessary to attend this class; available to those in pain and for all body types and abilities. A great option for runners, weight-lifters, and those with a vinyasa style practice to add variety and mobility to shortened muscle groups.
